Yesterday I woke up after sleeping incredibly well, I woke up motivated and full of energy. So, I was incredibly productive. I sorted through all the remaining stuff that needed to be sorted through and put the rest in the storage room, I threw away my garbage as well as sorted and threw away the apartments garbage (by that I mean the garbage from all of us staying in this shared apartment) - which by the way together was about eight full bags(!!!), I dusted my room, vacuumed the entire apartment, cleaned my part of the bathroom, scrubbed the floor in my room, washed all my clothes, read the chapters needed for monday's seminar (I'm actually waay ahead with that, what up?), made more wax (yes, for waxing away unwanted body hair. You know you can make it at home for yourself and use regular A4(Or other size, but that's what I usually have at home) printing paper for wax strips right? No? Well You can. It's easy, cheap and effective. If you want the recipe, just tell me and I'll make a post about it, I might anyway, but you know, if you ask you'll probably speed up the process), waxed away at least part of my unwanted body hair (I didn't have time to attend to all of it, but I'll do that next time), and then finally, because I'm awesome, I also went for a cardio workout.
I tried out something called Sh'Bam, a dancebased cardio exercise that is kind of like zumba, but waaaay easier, and way more fun. The moves were more repetive so even though it was my first time it didn't take me long to get the moves and go all out with them. So in the end I didn't feel like a frickin' fool for not getting the moves and had real fun with it. I remember it took me forever to learn the dance moves for the home version of zumba, so I was so mad when I went to a zumba class and there were all sorts of weird new moves that were repeated only like three times and I didn't have time to learn them before they went on to a new move, so for me, this easier more repetitive sh'bam fits my uncoordinated, bad dancer self. Definitely another full pointer! Really, all the classes from les mills that I have tried out have been absolutely great.
Now I only have to try out body combat as well. I'll see when I can squeeze that into my schedule.
