Since i got back from japan i decided to start eating more japanese like food. As we were there i lost weight, and i didn't even think i ate that healthy as i wanted to try all kinds of food and sweets, yet i managed to loose weight, without doing much. I figured it might be because of the food. I also loved the food in japan so when we got back i went to my local japanese store and bought some stuff. Now, the food hasn't made me loose any weight, but it is fantastically good so i keep on eating it.
Today it was oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce and mirin glazed chicken (it was short date on the chicken at the store so i got it for a real bargain price too!) with some mixed vegetables, rice and of course miso soup.
Nothing real fancy, but still oh so good <3
Did i say i miss japan?
